Reception Staff

There are friendly people at reception who are there to help you enjoy your stay. They can do all sorts of things including:

  • Organising activities
  • Suggesting activities
  • Sorting out maintenance problems
  • Organising your newspaper
  • Providing travel advice
  • Booking accommodation for you
  • Introducing you to activity guides
  • Arranging hire of golf clubs
  • Booking dinner at the Wildside Restaurant
  • Providing a BBQ
  • Providing ball games for your children

The reception is open from 7:30am to 7:30pm (Oct-May) and 8:00am to 5:30pm (June-Sept).
