Wombats on the increase

We are not sure wether it’s the improved pastures , but the number of wombats seen in town is substantially increased. We have several regulars to the village green and they are often seen in the cottage gardens. “I think they like the iris plants” says Nancy Lovell “but what ever it is its good to seeing the numbers increase”
